    I got it for christmas, cost craploads and will do just about anything, except my screens playing around acid tripping everytime its in a certain position xD

  7. @Jackiam18 – they are actually shit. my sister get really hot but it has lasted for 4 years. mine crashes even after being checked its been just over 1 year for me.. im an advanced user too and i keep it in good shape.

  8. toshiba sattilite a500 17x is shit. bsod magnet since the firstday and it runs good for a while(9 months) but i bought this laptop to run adobe photoshop, AE, dreamweaver, Ai etc and it fucks up.
    i even had a bsod on the first day i got it. i even reformatted it and got it checked by toshiba 2months ago and now its back being a bitch.

  10. got one of these and its great in both multimedia and game experiences never failed me, heat is minimum even while playing games maxed out, no noisy fan, and with echo it wont eat “much” energy if u want, just stick to the oficial toshiba drivers and updates they release and ur toshiba will allways be rdy to kick some ass ( unless the user makes problems happen and blames toshiba : )

  20. You buy this thing, you will regret it. Toshiba laptops like the X305 Qosmio and Satellite A500 black out. The more you try and fix it, the worse it becomes. The heat in these two laptops, are horrible! The Qosmio being the worst. If not yet, but soon you will notice the laptop will start to black out. If you bought these two laptops, return them and AVOID, I repeat, AVOID TOSHIBA!

  21. serious issues with the graphics card. The monitor goes black for no reason and the update of the drivers does nothing at all. Think it twice if you consider buying it. This happened to me just two weeks after buying it. Thats also the reason why toshiba reduced the price about 300euro in the greek market!!

  22. thinking of investing in a new computer havea desktop now think if i do get a new one a laptop but then what hasa longer use a laptop , lets say a laptop and a pc had the exact same specs whaich one would perform better ? do laptops melt if they over heat..i dotn know.
