The palette was delivered safely bubble-wrapped, so nothing was broken. I looked at the casing, and much to my dismay, the first ingredient is Talc. The second ingredient? Mica. These are terrible, cheap ingredients that have been linked to cancer, so I’m not sure if this palette was worth the price. The colors aren’t as vibrant as in the picture, and they’re pretty much all mattes. The ones that are supposed to be shiny barely even throw a sparkle. The packaging was all right. I don’t really like the way the two halves are stacked on top of each other. It would have been nice if they stuck to the two panels, or if it were easier to hold them without having to touch the shadows.

The 2nd edition 120 palette is just awesome. The colors are vibrant and when used with an eye shadow base, last for hours with no hint of creasing. The palette has a great mix of mattes and shimmers. Some of the lighter colors do seem a bit sheer but if you add more than one layer, it works just fine. This palette is great for anyone who wants to do a variety of looks but doesn’t want to spend too much money. Shipping was quick and BHCosmetics has great customer service.

I absolutely love this! There are so many colors to choose from! At first, I was a bit skeptical because I hadn’t ever heard of bhcosmetics. Also generally from my experience, larger palettes do not have the greatest of quality. After doing a bit of research, I found a couple of youtube videos of people using this eyeshadow & I was convinced! Anyways, I’m very pleased.

BH cosmetic kits are great and inexpensive way to travel easy with all your colors to photo shoots they are lightweight and compact with a profession look to them. I also have their brush set and i was impressed with the quality you get for this price.
