How to attach a fender to a 93 Bonnieville?

I need to know exactly what tools to use, costs, etc. My drivers side fender got destroyed by a flat tire on the freeway! It practically disentigrated. It looks like I’ve been in a really bad accident. Help!

Call a Auto Parts Store,Advance or Auto Zone,or what-ever might be in your area! Good place to start, Good-Luck!
