Can you use just a regular snow headband instead of a eye mask when you go to sleep?



I have not bought an eye mask to wear when I go to sleep, and I was wondering if I could just use a regular old snow headband. Will it still work? Any other ideas?

  2. You can use anything you want. The main purpose of an eye mask is to block out the light.
