Excellent delivery as item arrived 2 days after order despite “Standard shipping”. Was surprised item arrived so quickly.
However, I ordered the “Deluxe” Standing Easel with Accessories, yet the item was shipped WITHOUT most of the Accessories:
* No vinyl Dropcloth (A MUST when easel is used by a 2-year-old and a 6-year-old)
* No Triangular Crayons
* No Jumbo Chalk
* No Dry Erase Marker
All these items, plus others, are listed as INCLUDED in the Deluxe set on Amazon.com.
But these items are NOT listed on the Melissa & Doug packaging!
So is Amazon.com providing FALSE information about the products being offered?
At the time I ordered the “Deluxe” easel, it cost roughly $50 more than the same easel WITHOUT the accessory package. I WOULD NOT have ordered this “Deluxe” package if I had known Amazon.com provided FALSE information about what is included. I would have saved money by ordering the easel itself and buying the supplies at a local craft store.
Very disappointed in the FALSE INFORMATION STILL LISTED ON Amazon.com regarding what is included in the “Deluxe” easel.
At least my children love the item – AFTER I went to the local craft store to buy the missing accessories.

Although my granddaughter’s loved this product once they received it (it was delivered 5 days after the promised date and after their birthday party), it was missing 2 of the item listed in the “Product Features”. That was the Triangular Crayons and the Vinyl Drop Mat. When I contacted the seller to arrange to have these items sent to my granddaughters I was informed that these items are not included and I should have known that if I had read the “Product Description” portion. I didn’t know there was a difference but now I do and you should also. They won’t be sending the items but did offer to sell then to me and as far as for taking 13 days for shipping from New York to California, no excuse at all. I think I will be passing on this seller in the future.

We love our easel! Easy to assemble, easy to clean, great on the eyes. My daughter is a bit young for it still so we have to watch that she doesn’t climb onto the chalk shelf (which actually held her up, although I don’t recommend letting that happen
).
Great paint, great that it can “grow” with her (adjustable). No problems and lots of fun so far!

We’ve really liked the standing art easle. It was relatively simple to put together. The only thing I haven’t been happy with is the accessories that came with the easle. We didn’t get everything that it said it came with. The jumbo crayons and the vinyl mat are missing in action and I have had an extremely hard time getting in contact with someone who can help. Anyway, the issue is still not resolved because I haven’t been able to talk to a human over the phone. I did email them and have not received a reply (It’s been 10 days). It’s possible we’ll get to the bottom of this but don’t expect the crayons or mat if you buy this particular set.

My 3 and 4 year old like to scribble on it, but it gets dirty right away and then poor old dad has to spend time cleaning it off. The wooden bar that is for paper roll that runs in between writing surfaces snapped off. My kids must have been rough housing with it.
