  10. @melo15813 lmfao!

  11. @melo15813 hahaha

  12. @GsxRaider the thing is that when you work out progressively harder, meaning pushing yourself to the limits, harder and harder every time you cause microtrauma to your muscle fibers. the body reacts to this by healing the damaged fibers and adding more so it is less susceptible to damage in the future. that’s why you have to allow the muscles to recover.

  13. when i get results??

Can you train forearms everyday? Bruce Lee used to do but I don’t know if you have to allow for a days recovery….?

  19. Nice video

  20. @masterleo33 thanks!! great help thanks a lot!

  21. @GsxRaider see muscles dont grow while your lifting them they grow the days u dont lift them meaning if you overwork the muscle group while it is in rest then you will likely stuff up the growth of your muscle and other stuff that people say. if you have a labourer job meaning you work in building sites and plumbing and jobs like that you should take an extra two days to rest.

  22. @masterleo33 hey thanks,,what would likely happen if you do lifting weights everyday?

  23. Does this exercise make your wrist and forearm bigger, or does it only strengthen it?

  24. @GsxRaider 3 days rest is recommended.

the best forearm/wrist exercise is to open and close your hands fast with your arms being straight out, til you can“t feel your hands
