i was wondering if this set is completly made out of metal, or are some parts made out of plastic?

  2. I guess you’re missing a lot of exercises in your routine. I’d like to see you correctly do a Shoulder Flex, Side Lateral, Rear Delts to name a few. Not to mention they have a set that goes to 90lbs.

I just got a set of the 1090’s, and I have to say they’re fantastic. I don’t have a single complaint. They even look nice sitting in my room.

I’m considering trying the program and taking before and after pictures too.

  4. I bought the 1090 model and it just arrived last week! solid equipment from bowflex! I had POWERBLOCKS before but they are not built and designed nearly as well as the selecttech dumbells. It also comes with a training video which is pretty informative and shows you many exersices. I would definately recommend this product :)
